Shipping and Returns:

• If the customer wishes to return the order after delivery, the customer is responsible for the shipping and return costs.

• If the customer returns the order due to damage or discrepancies in the products, the customer is not responsible for return shipping fees.

• When returning an order, the product must be in the same condition as when it was delivered to the customer, including the box and packaging.

Cancellation Policy:

• If the order is cancelled before delivery, the customer will not pay any cancellation fees.

• If the order is cancelled during delivery, the customer will pay the delivery fee.

• If the order is cancelled before international shipment, the customer will not pay any cancellation fees.

•   Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Exchange Policy:

• If the customer wishes to exchange the product because the size or color is unsuitable, the customer will be responsible for the exchange fee.

•For exchanges, the product must be in good condition and include the box and packaging.
